Le PARIS JAZZ REPERTORY QUINTET/SEPTET, connu pour ses concerts à thèmes, ses partitions innovantes et provocatrices, ses incursions dans la “musique engagée” comme la trilogie écologiste “Concert Climat” ou le satirique ‘L’Amour au temps du Trump”, est composé des meilleurs solistes de jazz en France.

En contraste à son rapport au moderne, ses concerts incluent aussi le répertoire traditionnel. Son projet en cours “NonStandards” offre “du vieux vin dans de nouvelles bouteilles” : des morceaux très connus dans des arrangements non conventionnels et atypiques.
Du Quintet au Septet, le groupe présente aussi des chanteurs/chanteuses et pourra s’adapter spécifiquement à votre évènement.

The PARIS JAZZ REPERTORY QUINTET/SEPTET, is well-known for its themed concerts, its innovative and provocative scores, its forays into the “musique engagée”, such as the ecologist triology “Concert Climat” and the satirical “Love in the Time of Trump”, as well as a line-up that includes some of France’s finest jazz soloists.

In contrast to the group’s affinity for the new, its concerts also include the traditional jazz repertoire. The ongoing project “NonStandards” offers “the old wine in new bottles” : familiar tunes in unconventional and atypical settings.
From Quintet to Septet, the group also works with singers and can tailor the ensemble to suit any musical event.
